More than fifteen years of professional experience in management and human resources outside academia, including independent consultancy in human resource management and project management, key-account management in the automotive sector (Mercedes-Benz, Grupo Salvador Caetano) and vocational training services. Ongoing collaboration with regional employers and business associations such as the Beira Baixa Business Association (AEBB), the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) and companies including Adecco, CUF, Auchan and Pingo Doce through the coordination and supervision of curricular internships in human resources. Member of the organising committees of employability and entrepreneurship initiatives (ESGIN Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair; IPCB Career Summit 2025).
